Spiral Stairs. For many architects and designers, the spiral staircase, requiring so little space, has long been a favorite way to gain access to attics, lofts, galleries, mezzanines, and balconies. And the preferred form of the spiral staircase is the distinctive Victorian-styled cast iron version. Steptoe™’s authentic reproductions of these classic staircases, produced with the same technique and materials as in the 19th century, are now available in modular form to fit any height requirements and to make shipping and on-site assembly very simple. Available in both 4’ and 5’ diameter, spiral staircases come complete with all necessary hardware and easy-to-follow instructions. If you are planning a renovation or new construction, consider the elegance and space-saving possibilities of a cast iron spiral staircase. Also available is the 4’-wide Kensington straight staircase.
